- Step 3: Confirm your order. Do ensure that products selected and delivery address is accurate as we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds due to errors. Note that once an order is made, it is strictly non-cancellable.

To Complete Order:
- If you have selected "Online Banking Transfer or Deposit to Maybank" as your payment mode:
- Once we receive your confirmed order (usually within one (1) business day), we will send you an email with order details, invoice and billing details.
- Please make payment to our Maybank account via online banking transfer or bank deposit. Details will be provided in our email/invoice.
- Send us proof of payment or allow us one (1) business day to check that payment has been made.
- If you have selected payment via "iPay88 Payment Gateway", you will receive relevant emails confirming your payment transaction.
- Once your payment is validated, we will pack your goodies, arrange for delivery and send you the courier tracking number.

Refund and Exchange Policy:
- Once an order is made, it is strictly non-cancellable.
- We only provide refunds and/or exchanges for faulty products defined as "products with manufacturing defects rendering it unusable". This excludes variations in packaging and formulations.
- If products do not arrive at satisfactory conditions but do not fit the description above, we can provide you with an exchange (but not a refund). Please write to us at info@bodybarskincare.com and we will provide necessary assistance/verification.
- Should products qualify for refund, you are responsibe to send the faulty products back to us. We will provide you a credit for the return delivery charge incurred as well as the necessary refund.
- Should products qualify for exchange, you are responsibe to send the faulty products back to us. We will provide you a credit for the return delivery charge incurred and send you a new product at our cost.
Delivery FAQs
What happens if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within fourteen (14) business days from the time we arranged for delivery, please send us an email. We will process as necessary and arrange for a replacement delivery.
Why does it take longer than the estimated delivery times for my order to arrive?
The estimated delivery times are what they are, estimated at best. Actual delivery times depends on actual location and in some cases, dependent on the weather!
How much are the delivery charges?
Charges are based on location and weight. For orders up to 1kg, it is the same rate so to make the most out of the shipping charges, you might want to order more *wink*. Subsequently, the rates are applicable on a per kg basis.
We offer free delivery for all West Malaysia orders above RM250.00. You will be presented with a "Free Shipping" option automatically if your order qualifies.
